The Green Star™ series was developed to extract naturally healthy juices with a maximum of precious vitamins, enzymes and minerals. The Green Star™ Elite is ideally suitable for most types of fruit and vegetable. You can even process fresh wheatgrass and long-fibred celery stalks into high-quality vital juices in next to no time as well.

NEW! - 3-phase extraction technology

The Green Star™ Elite is the first ever juicer to feature three-phase extraction technology: homogenising, blending, pressing.

Homogenising
The first section of the jumbo gears is the "homogenising phase". The rugged stainless steel gears crush the fruit and vegetables into a fine puree. Long-fibred vegetables, herbs or cereal grasses are chopped up in the chopping zone.

The next two phases take place on the plastic spirals.

Blending
The rounded grooves on the first three spirals are almost vertical, for moving forward the homogenised fruit and vegetable ingredients at a slow pace. In the process the product is reduced even further and mixed together. The vertical alignment of the spirals extends this optimum process of preparation before subsequent pressing.

Pressing
In the third section of the gears the spirals have sharper edges and are also far more acutely angled. This ensures that moisture and healthy ingredients are pressed out of the homogenised fruit and vegetables to optimum effect. The process is assisted by the outlet adjusting knob which generates counter-pressure to achieve the maximum yield from the fruit and vegetables. As a result, all the most important nutrients land in the glass rather than being left behind in the pomace!

Hard to believe, but the Green Star™ Elite delivers an even higher yield than the Green Star™ GS-1000 or GS-3000 thanks to its longer press cylinders!

Wider range of uses thanks to more standard accessories
To enable you to prepare a variety of delicacies with your new Green Star™ Elite right away, the coarse screen and the breadstick set are now included in the standard accessories of the Green Star™ Elite. The practical wooden plunger makes it easier to extract juice from soft fruit. And because cleanliness is important, a drip tray is included – to keep drips from falling onto your worktop.

Low oxygen input!
By juicing with powerful but slowly turning precision twin gears, only a minimum amount of heat is generated in the juice, thus delaying oxidation At a speed of only 110 rpm the twin gears mesh into each other like gear wheels to ensure that the highly sensitive enzymes and precious vitamins are preserved in the juice during the juicing process.

More minerals in optimal bioavailability!
Bioceramic and magnets have been integrated into the Green Star™ Elite Juicer’s twin gears to optimise the quality of the juice. Not only do they “draw” more minerals into the juice, they also increase the bioavailability of the minerals at the same time. This means that your body can more effectively absorb and utilise the dissolved minerals.

More than just a juicer
Not only juicing but also homogenising fresh or frozen fruit (sorbets) is extremely simple with your Green Star™ Elite Juicer. Confectioneries with nuts and dried fruit are especially delicious. As an example, together with the renowned raw food chef Norbert Wilms we developed the recipes for our chocolate confectioneries using an appliance from the Green StarTM series.
